If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to send back your purchase within 30 days of receiving your item for a full refund. The products must be unused and in original condition – i.e., in original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact. We will refund your product(s) for its full value to the account originally used when making your purchase if the returned product is approved.
2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Original packaging
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@ublives.com.
2.2 “Like new” condition
Returned products must be in “like new” condition with all original packaging and accessories. Any returns made after this period or otherwise not in accordance with these terms will not be accepted. Returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied.
If a returned product does not meet our criteria for "like new" condition, we may deny the refund or issue a partial refund. This partial refund will be determined based on the extent of any wear, damage, or missing parts.
How does Ublives define “like new” condition?
The product should be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Specifically, it should not have scratches, dents, stains, or any other visible flaws that would detract from its appearance or functionality. Additionally, all original accessories and packaging should be included with the product.
2.3 Purchased Online at Ublives
This return policy does not apply to products purchased for resale or by other distributors. It is only applicable to products purchased on the Ublives website. If you need to return a product bought online at www.ublives.com for any reason, please do so within 30 days of receiving the product.
2.4 Gift Returns
Please note that if your order included a complimentary gift, the gift must be returned with the product.
3.Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
3.1 Items received outside of our return window are not eligible for return.
3.2 Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition and packaging may not qualify for a refund. Specifically, items returned in a used or damaged state will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
3.3 Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
3.4 Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
3.5 Gift cards are non-refundable or refundable as cash.
4. How Do I Start a Return?

5. Do I Need to Pay for the Return Shipping?
Ublives provides a 30-day free trial for all orders placed on our website. If you're dissatisfied with the product due to quality issues, we'll email you a prepaid USPS shipping label with our warehouse address, allowing you to return the item for a full refund.
Please note that Ublives does not offer return labels for returns due to non-quality issues. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Also, Ublives doesn't refund purchases made from other retailers.

6. The Returns Process after Initiation
6.1 Returns due to product quality issues
a. Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery. You can reach us via emai support@ublives.com and our friendly representatives will guide you through the process.
b. You'll need to provide essential details such as your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
c. Once your request is authorized, our dedicated Customer Service team will provide further instructions, including any necessary shipping labels, return authorization documents, and our warehouse address(Ublives has multiple warehouses around the world, once approved, our support team will provide the closest warehouse to you!).
Please note:
- Repackage your item(s) in the original box, including all accessories, packaging, and complimentary items.
- All returns must include the return authorization document inside the return package.
- We recommend keeping your tracking information, as we are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier.
d. Shipping labels are valid for 14 days. If your return isn't shipped within this time (or within the return window period), your return request and return shipping label will expire. Returns must be received by Ublives within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of the product. Only authorized returns will be processed.
6.2 Returns not due to product quality issues
For returns unrelated to quality issues, Ublives doesn't provide return shipping labels. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
a. Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery. You can reach us via email or phone, and our friendly representatives will guide you through the process.
b. You'll need to provide essential details such as your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
c. Once approved, we'll provide our warehouse address(Ublives has multiple warehouses around the world, once approved, our support team will provide the closest warehouse to you). Repackage your item(s) in the original box, including all accessories, packaging, and complimentary items. Drop off the package at your nearest post office or schedule a pickup with the shipping carrier.
d. Please include your order number in the box and share the tracking number via email to expedite processing.
7.How Long Does the Return Process Take?
Once your returning package has been received by our warehouse, it will be processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return.
We appreciate your understanding that, although we work as quickly as possible, it is possible that this process may take 2-7 business days to complete.

8. Refunds
If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your original account within 5-10 business days.
Please note that campaigns or holidays can delay the processing of your refund.
Each bank has its own processing time for refunds. If the refund takes longer than expected, please contact us support@ublives.com. We will assist you in following up on the refund status with the bank.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at Ublivess' discretion. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. Ublives may amend these terms at any time.
9.How Long Is the Warranty?
All Ublives's products come with a one-year warranty, including repair, replacement, and ongoing support of your items.
