We only ever use reputable carrier companies to deliver directly to your door (FedEx, UPS, USPS).
Upon dispatch of your item, you will receive an email from the carrier company with your tracking number and an approximate delivery date.   

Please note: We provide 90-days at-home trial, if you are not satisfied for any reason with your product purchased directly online or on the phone from Ublives, simply return the product with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt in accordance with this Return Policy.

Deliveries to APO addresses may take longer than 5-7 business days.
In addition, your order may be sent in multiple shipments.

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.
If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery.

And we will refund full of your money.
Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
