2. What types of massage techniques (e.g., kneading, rolling, shiatsu) are offered?

Our product offers three massage modes designed to relax the shoulders, neck, and back using a shiatsu technique, it offers kneading and rolling for neck muscle groups, and shiatsu for shoulder and back . Each mode varies in intensity, with intensity levels increasing sequentially when switching modes.

Mode 1 – Gentle Relaxation Mode: Ideal for beginners or those with everyday neck stress, this default mode provides a soothing and relaxing massage experience.

Mode 2 – Deep Tissue Relief Mode: Designed for heavy neck and shoulder stiffness, this mode delivers a stronger, faster massage to help deeply relieve tense muscles.

Mode 3 – Intermittent Acupressure Mode: Perfect for individuals who sit for long hours or prefer a stronger neck-pulling sensation. This mode simulates a hand-like shiatsu experience, applying gradual yet firm pressure on shoulder muscles with intermittent speed adjustments—a unique and standout feature of our product.

Our product has a 2000mAh battery, which can offer around one week usage time if user get 10 mins auto-off masssger once per day.

4. Is that the bandage adjustable?

Yes, the bandage is adjustable. You can change the bundle by hand.

Shipping & Returns

1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Before shipment, please allow 1 - 3 business days for our warehouse to process your order. Standard shipping (free of shipping fees) is handled by USPS and usually takes 5 - 7 business days, while expedited shipping may take 2 - 4 business days, depending on your location.

If you are not at your delivery address when the order arrives, you can check in "Order Tracking", contact the carrier and provide the tracking number, and request to have it held at the nearest local location.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, dear customer, we've got you covered globally with three strategically placed warehouses in the United States, Hong Kong (China), and France. When you place an international order, we'll carefully select the warehouse nearest to you to ensure the quickest and most efficient delivery.

Typically, the international shipping process takes around 10 to 18 business days. But we don't stop there. We're constantly looking for ways to enhance your experience, and that's why we're actively planning to open even more warehouses, all with the aim of serving you better and making your shopping journey with us as seamless and delightful as possible.

2. Can I cancel my order or change my shipping address?

We understand that sometimes you might need to make changes to your order. Here's what you can do:

If your order has not been processed yet, you may be able to cancel it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at customer.support@ublives.com. We will do our best to assist you with the cancellation process.

2.Changing Shipping Address

If your order is still in the processing stage, you can request a change of shipping address. Please reach out to our customer service team with your order number and the new shipping address. We will try to update the address for you, but please note that once the order has been shipped, it may not be possible to change the delivery location.

Warranty

1. Ublives warranty

Your Ublives product comes with a one-year warranty for any manufacturing defects. If your product fails within one year from the date of purchase due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product free of charge after our expert technicians inspect the device. We will also cover the shipping costs if you need to send your device back to us for repair.

This warranty excludes:
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
- Products or accessories not used in accordance with the user manual.
- Products misused or modified in any way.
- Products repaired by the user or anyone other than an authorized service representative of Ublives.
- Products that are dropped or damaged due to user error.
- Use of unauthorized, non-Ublives chargers.
- Units not used in accordance with Ublives care instructions.
- Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises.
- Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
