We understand that sometimes you might need to make changes to your order. Here's what you can do:
1.Order Cancellation
If your order has not been processed yet, you may be able to cancel it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at customer.support@ublives.com. We will do our best to assist you with the cancellation process.
2.Changing Shipping Address
If your order is still in the processing stage, you can request a change of shipping address. Please reach out to our customer service team with your order number and the new shipping address. We will try to update the address for you, but please note that once the order has been shipped, it may not be possible to change the delivery location.
